The usual verifying integrity cache, restarting Steam, restarting PC, lowering all the visual settings, muting audio, running the game directly through the executable (bypassing Steam interface) - nothing helps. One time I managed to play for almost 3 hours straight and sadly the memory leak was so bad it restarted my PC. Past that, expect stuttering sounds, being stuck on a screen and many I can play for 1 hour tops without encountering any major lagging.
